Order data: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, billing information, and manuscript files. We collect this to fulfil your order, communicate with you about it, and process payment. This data is necessary for the contract between us.
Account data: If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and order history. This allows you to track orders and access your download history.
Contact form data: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Payment data: Payment is processed by our payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Analytics data: We use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may include page views, time on site, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is included.

How long we keep your data
Order data and manuscript files are retained for 30 days after delivery, then deleted from our servers. Account data is retained while your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months then deleted.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for analytics, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
